Will I have a guaranteed number of hours?

No. As a Helper you are self-employed, so there is no guarantee of income or hours. The majority of our Helpers work between 10-15 hours per week. However, some do work considerably more than this. We ask that to apply, you can offer a minimum of 10 hours per week for 6 months. 

If you have a successful interview, we will endeavour to introduce you to enough customers to fill your available hours, however we cannot guarantee it. It’s also important to remember that customers will want regular and consistent visits so you’ll need to be able to schedule visits on the same day and time every week, as required by the customer.
